La trabecola settomarginale si collega al <strong>muscolo papillare anteriore<\/strong>. Nel setto interventricolare sono presenti anche i muscoli papillare posteriore e mediale. Da questi tre muscoli originano le corde tendinee che si attaccano alle cuspidi.
