Esse si dirigono lateralmente sopra la cupola pleurica nello spazio compreso tra la clavicola e la I costa per terminare come <strong>arterie ascellari<\/strong>. Questo tratto contrae rapporti anteriormente con i muscoli scaleni anteriori; inferiormente con la superficie superiore della prima costa; superiormente e posteriormente con i rami del plesso brachiale e con i muscoli scaleni medio e posteriore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il\u00a0<strong>tratto postscalenico<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e8 compreso fra il margine laterale del muscolo scaleno anteriore e la prima costa.
