Questi sono eritroblasti con deposito di ferro intorno al nucleo. La condizione \u00e8 associata a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Eritropoiesi inefficace:<\/strong> si verifica una distruzione intramidollare dei precursori eritropoietici, contribuendo all&#8217;inefficacia dell&#8217;eritropoiesi;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aumento dei sideroblasti ad anello nel Midollo Osseo:<\/strong> questi sideroblasti ad anello, con il loro caratteristico accumulo di ferro, sono presenti in numero aumentato nel midollo osseo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aumento del ferro nei depositi tessutali:<\/strong> l&#8217;eccesso di ferro viene depositato nei tessuti, contribuendo al sovraccarico di ferro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"rtoc-mokuji-wrapper\" class=\"rtoc-mokuji-content frame4 preset2 animation-slide rtoc_open default\" data-id=\"20600\" data-theme=\"eStar\">\n\t\t\t<div id=\"rtoc-mokuji-title\" class=\"rtoc_btn_none rtoc_center\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<span>Indice dei contenuti<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div><ol class=\"rtoc-mokuji decimal_ol level-1\"><li class=\"rtoc-item\"><a href=\"#rtoc-1\">Eziologia<\/a><\/li><li class=\"rtoc-item\"><a href=\"#rtoc-2\">Segni clinici<\/a><\/li><li class=\"rtoc-item\"><a href=\"#rtoc-3\">Diagnosi<\/a><\/li><li class=\"rtoc-item\"><a href=\"#rtoc-4\">Trattamento<\/a><\/li><\/ol><\/div><h2 id=\"rtoc-1\"  class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Eziologia\"><\/span>Eziologia<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ereditaria:<\/strong> questa forma \u00e8 eccezionale ed \u00e8 solitamente legata al cromosoma X;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acquisite:<\/strong>  sono le pi\u00f9 comuni e possono essere divise in primarie e secondarie:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Primarie:<\/strong> la forma pi\u00f9 frequente \u00e8 l&#8217;anemia refrattaria con sideroblasti ad anello, che \u00e8 un sottotipo di sindrome mielodisplastica;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Secondarie:<\/strong> queste possono essere causate da sostanze chimiche come il piombo e l&#8217;alcol, farmaci come l&#8217;isoniazide, la pirazinamide, il cloramfenicolo, carenza di vitamina B6 (piridossina), ecc.
