Se sono rappresentati meno di 7 archi costali posteriori, il radiogramma deve essere considerato scorretto;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>il radiogramma deve essere correttamente <strong>centrato<\/strong>. Nella proiezione PA, gli estremi mediali delle clavicole devono essere equidistanti da un&#8217;ipotetica linea passante per le apofisi spinose del rachide dorsale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la <strong>corretta esposizione<\/strong> \u00e8 cruciale: il radiogramma non deve essere n\u00e9 troppo chiaro n\u00e9 troppo scuro. Questo evita di interpretare erroneamente immagini normali come patologiche o di trascurare patologie reali.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Una volta verificata la correttezza tecnica, \u00e8 fondamentale seguire un metodo costante di lettura del radiogramma. Valutazione degli emidiaframmi e degli archi costali<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Ecco un possibile schema d&#8217;interpretazione:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>addome superiore<\/strong>: verifica la presenza di falde di aria libera sottodiaframmatica (da non confondere con la bolla gastrica o il gas contenuto nella flessura epatica o splenica del colon);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>emidiaframmi<\/strong>: devono apparire curvilinei, con convessit\u00e0 verso l&#8217;alto. L&#8217;emicollo sinistro leggermente pi\u00f9 basso dell&#8217;emicollo destro (circa 1-1,5 cm), a causa della presenza del cuore;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>seni costo-frenici<\/strong>: devono presentare un angolo acuto e risultare liberi;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>parti molli del torace<\/strong>: include base del collo, fosse sovraclaveari, mammelle, ascelle e muscoli;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>scheletro della gabbia toracica<\/strong>: osserva omeri, clavicole, scapole, coste, sterno e rachide;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div id=\"bmscience2217449870\" style=\"margin-top: 15px;margin-left: 15px;float: right;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4lyLsVe\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"714rYhBGlAL._AC_SL1500_\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bmscience.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/714rYhBGlAL._AC_SL1500_.gif\" alt=\"\"  width=\"300\" height=\"300\"   \/><\/a><\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>mediastino<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>trachea<\/strong>: appare come una colonna aerea centrata (radiotrasparente) e leggermente deviata verso destra;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>bronchi principali<\/strong>: il destro ha un decorso pi\u00f9 verticale, mentre il sinistro \u00e8 pi\u00f9 lungo;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>ili<\/strong>: la radiopacit\u00e0 delle ombre ilari \u00e8 determinata principalmente dalla componente vascolare (soprattutto arteriosa). L\u2019ilo sinistro si trova normalmente pi\u00f9 in alto del destro, perch\u00e9 l\u2019arteria polmonare decorre superiormente al bronco principale omolaterale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>cuore e aorta<\/strong>: valuta la morfologia della silhouette cardiaca, l&#8217;indice cardio-toracico e la presenza di calcificazioni o dilatazioni;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>profilo mediastinico<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>destro: vena cava superiore, atrio destro, parte della vena cava inferiore;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sinistro: arteria succlavia sinistra, arco aortico, arteria polmonare, ventricolo sinistro;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3IIrglK\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"594\" height=\"856\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bmscience.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/51RIJvuVgL.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24744\" style=\"width:151px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bmscience.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/51RIJvuVgL.jpg 594w, https:\/\/bmscience.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/51RIJvuVgL-208x300.jpg 208w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 594px) 100vw, 594px\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4aMT80X\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Acquista ora<\/a><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>parenchima polmonare<\/strong>: valuta i lobi polmonari destro (superiore, medio, inferiore) e sinistro (superiore, inferiore, lingula);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>pleura<\/strong>: non \u00e8 normalmente visibile, eccetto nelle scissure.
