Per questo motivo \u00e8 stato definito il concetto di &#8220;<strong>pattern radiologico<\/strong>&#8220;, che rappresenta l&#8217;insieme degli elementi semeiologici riscontrabili nel radiogramma e comuni a un certo gruppo di malattie polmonari. Il contenuto aereo normale degli alveoli pu\u00f2 essere sostituito da fluido, sangue, pus o cellule, causando una perdita di radiotrasparenza e la comparsa di un&#8217;<strong>area di radiopacit\u00e0<\/strong> nel parenchima polmonare colpito.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Interstiziale_e_Reticolare\"><\/span>Interstiziale e Reticolare<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 49%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Questo pattern \u00e8 caratterizzato dal coinvolgimento prevalente dell&#8217;<strong>interstizio polmonare<\/strong>, la rete connettivale di supporto che circonda bronchi e vasi. Si estende dall&#8217;ilo alle ramificazioni intralobulari e, perifericamente, alla superficie polmonare sotto la pleura viscerale. La valutazione dettagliata della distribuzione di questi noduli \u00e8 pi\u00f9 precisa con la TC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riconoscere e distinguere questi pattern radiologici \u00e8 fondamentale per la corretta interpretazione delle immagini e per una diagnosi accurata delle condizioni polmonari dei pazienti.
