Il loro aspetto \u00e8 determinato dalla distribuzione delle particelle nello spazio.<br>Abbiamo tre differenti gruppi di nuvole: basse, medie, alta. Hanno l&#8217;aspetto di piccoli batuffoli di cotone e sono tendenzialmente bianchi.
